Instructions:

Place all the dry and liquid ingredients except the dried coconut in your bread machine, following the manufactures instructions.

Pay particular attention to measuring the ingredients. Use a measuring cup, measuring spoon and kitchen scales to do so.

Set the baking program to BASIC and the crust type to MEDIUM.

Add the coconut after the beep or place it in the dispenser of the machine.

Adjust the amount of the flour and liquid in the recipe if the dough is too dense or too wet.

Before starting the baking process, you can grease the top with a beaten egg and decorate it with coconut shavings, or after baking, cover with syrup and powdered sugar.

When the program has ended, take the pan out of the machine and let the loaf cool for 5 minutes.

Shake it out of the pan. If necessary, use a spatula.

Wrap the bread with a kitchen towel and set it aside for 1 hour. Otherwise, you can cool it on a wire rack.
